Before flip house photos

Well, here it is! Our first flip project.

The roof is barely held down by a tarp. Inside you will find LOTS of walls painted with bright, yellow paint. No flooring of any kind in any of the bedrooms and water damaged wood ceilings throughout the entire home. It was built in 1977 so naturally there is wall-to-wall faux wood paneling...but SO much potential!

Our goal is to fix her up, polish her off and start short term renting within the next 6 months.
